J.J. Abrams starts casting on new pilot

J.J. Abrams has started casting for his new NBC pilot “Undercovers.” He has just locked Gerald McRaney will play the CIA boss of Samantha and Steven Bloom who are both spies, according to Fancast. Abrams co-wrote the pilot with Josh Reims and is still debating whether he wants to direct it as well. The new show is a mix between “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” and “The Bourne Identity.”
