Tiger Woods pulled by TAG Heuer

tigerwoodstagTiger Woods has officially been pulled from TAG Heuer and their U.S. ad campaign. This follows after the company pulled all the ads in Australia last week. EOnline reports that TAG Heuer CEO Jean-Christophe Babin said, “We recognize Tiger Woods as a great sportsman, but we have to take account of the sensitivity of some consumers in relation to recent events.”

The company will still retain Woods as a partnership, but his image will be downscaled in all markets for a period of time.

I understand that image is everything but a persons private life is their own.I dont say its right to cheat but every country has them. They are is at least one in every company, advertising agency, bank, and even in the united states office. So if we go down all the levels of our society and channel down all channels of every endorsement Tiger has is all of the people that he works for clean. If not let them go also. Personal is personal and business is business. let him make a living at what he does best. GOLF after all he is only human.
