Charlie Sheen Is Accused of Using a Weapon

UPDATE SUNDAY: Authorities say actor Charlie Sheen is accused of using a weapon in an alleged case of domestic violence in Aspen, according to AP.

Charlie Sheen was arrested today in Aspen, Colorado and is being held in jail without bond.

SATURDAY UPDATE: Charlie Sheen was released after posting $8,500 bond.

Apparently he had an altercation with his wife, Brooke Mueller, and during the fight there was contact. The question is who touched whom first?

Sheen was charged with a felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

Update: As of 9:17 pm CST, an Aspen spokeswoman has said that Sheen has been released from jail.
