Top Awards 4 “The Hurt Locker” At National Society of Film Critics

THE HURT LOCKER
UPDATE: Kathryn Bigelow’s “The Hurt Locker” has won the National Society of Film Critics’ awards for picture, director and actor for Jeremy Renner.

It is interesting to note that it is the first film since 1997′s “L.A. Confidential” to sweep top honors from the Los Angeles, New York and national critics’ groups.

On the road to Oscars….

According to most film critics and Oscarologists “The Hurt Locker” is one of the three movies that everybody considers to be in front for the Oscar race…”Up In The Air,” “Avatar,” and “The Hurt Locker.”

We wish Kathryn Bigelow, Jeremy Renner and all the cast and behind the camera crew a great successful Oscar race.
