“Livin’ On A Prayer” pilot ordered from How I Met Your Mother scribes

CBS has put in an order for a pilot episode of “Livin’ On A Prayer,” which is from creators Kourtney Kang and Joe Kelly who were the scribes behind “How I Met Your Mother.”

According to Variety, the show will be shot in the same style of “How I Met Your Mother,” and revolve around a couple who are dating and the workings of their life as they start the next stage of their relationship.

Earlier this week CBS ordered a 6th season of “How I Met Your Mother” and the momentum for them has continued into this signing.

Other shows that are close to getting the order are “Chaos” by Tom Speizaly and Brett Ratner and an untitled cop drama by Ed Redlich and John Belluci.
