Ugly Betty gets cut from ABC
EW reports that ABC has decided to cancel the longtime favorite show “Ugly Betty.” ABC president Steve McPherson and executive producer Silvio Horta said, “We’ve mutually come to the difficult decision to make this Ugly Betty’s final season, and are announcing now as we want to allow the show ample time to write a satisfying conclusion.”
It will be interesting to see where America Ferrera will end up following the end of the show.
