Banksy’s doc pleases fans with mystery


The legendary yet mysterious graffiti artist Banksy, who refuses to let his identity known, premiered his documentary called “Exit Through The Gift Shop” at Sundance. The film follows filmmaker Terry Guetta as he travels the world observing the world’s infamous vandals, and then runs into Banksy. The film takes a turn and then follows Banksy as he films Terry where he leads us into the world of art and reality.

This is the first time Sundance has shown a film by an anonymous artist. There have been reports of new grafitti pieces at various places around Park City, which can only mean one thing – Banksy himself was there to see his own film.

    I read that an owner of the one of the stores at Sundance painted over the painting Banksy did…..he could have sold that……
