Eric Bana to star in “Hanna” opposite Saoirse Ronan
THR reports that Eric Bana (“Funny People,” “The Time Traveler’s Wife”) is in negotiations to star opposite of Saoirse Ronan in Focus Features’ film “Hanna.” Bana will play Ronan’s father in the movie which follows a 14 year old girl as she is saved from a CIA breeding camp and raised by her father to be a killing machine. After she finds peace with a French family, she is forced back to to her father’s world and it is up to her to fight for her freedom and find a way out.
