Beyonce official face for “Fashion for Haiti” T-shirt

People reports that pop star Beyonce has been named the official face of the “Fashion for Haiti” T-shirt put on by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA). The limited edition shirt was designed by Peter Arnell who created the CFDA’s last charity shirt “Fashion for America,” which raised $2 million dollars for the 9/11 Twin Towers Fund.
A spokesperson for CFDA said, “Join me and the fashion industry by buying and wearing the Fashion for Haiti T-shirt. Together we can send a message of hope by raising much needed funds for the people of Haiti.”
The shirt is selling for $25 and all the proceeds of the shirt will go to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund. You can purchase the shirt starting February 16 in shops and e-boutiques. To view the full list of stores carrying the short visit here.
