Martin Scorsese let the cat out of the bag at the premiere of his latest film “Shutter Island” in Berlin. He brought up the topic of him working with Robert De Niro on a new project that has to do with the mobster world. Scorsese told Reuters, “We’re working on something like that, but it’s from the vantage point of older men looking back, none of this running around stuff.”

As for now, regarding his release on the psychological thriller “Shutter Island,” starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Scorsese says, “I experienced the 50s first hand in New York City, the cold war, the paranoia, the secrecy. In cinema itself, the movies I would go and see reflected this.”
