Jon Gosselin files for custody

We reported earlier that Jon Gosselin was going to file papers against Kate for physical custody of their kids. With recent reports that Jon is now broke from the divorce, he is seeking any way to get back at Kate and win something for himself. After all, Kate has her “Dancing with the Stars” gig and he has nothing at the moment, except a history of lost girlfriends.

Finally, the it has become official as Jon has formally just dropped the paper bomb. According to TMZ, Jon has just filed legal papers for primary custody of all eight kids.

In addition, they report that he would also like the child support order to be reviewed by the judge. He claims that the arbitrator “failed to take into consideration the numerous factors provided for by the law in PA.”

Currently, Jon is required to pay $20,000 a month in child support, money that he obviously does not have at the moment.
