Jesse James’ rehab saves him from going to trial

BY STAFF

Jesse James just can’t stay out of trouble can he? As if he already doesn’t have enough problems trying to save his marriage with Sandra Bullock and laying low from the paparazzi. We already know that Sandra is expected to drop divorce papers anytime soon, despite his attempt to get better in rehab and show her that he truly cares about changing himself for the better. But, we thought those were going to be the only papers dropped in his lap that he would have to worry about….guess again.

Radar Online reports that a new lawsuit has been filed against James by a company called Fortune Fashions Industry. Apparently James was supposed to develop a clothing line for them, but instead jumped ship and was working on a line for Wal-Mart. They are claiming that he backed out of the deal and stole their executives to work on the line.

They report that the case was scheduled to go to trial soon, but because he is now stuck in rehab, his lawyers are saying that the trial cannot proceed because he is “unavailable”….talk about luck!

You think he’ll be running out of that place anytime soon? I think not.
