Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt visit the Marines
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have become “reality tv stars” based on their role on the show “The Hills.” Often times they were found bickering at each other, throwing tangents, and being at most ridiculous to the max. Montag recently was the attention of the media when she went through 10 plastic surgeries in one day by the same doctor to “modify” herself. Her transformation has become quite the talk of the town since post-surgery many of her attributes look completely different that it’s almost like looking at a whole different person. Finally, we hear they have taken to themselves to do something for the community rather than bicker among themselves.
According to People, the couple went to Camp Pendelton in San Diego, which is the West Coast’s largest Marine Corps facility, to spend time with the Marines and tour the campus. They report that the couple stated, “We went to visit Camp Pendleton to see the Marines. They’re the most valiant, honorable and courageous men and women in the United States. It was one of the best days of our lives. Our freedom is so important to us and thanks to these Marines we get to be the entertainers we are. We wanted to take the time to honor them and pay our respects to the Marines who make this country and nation possible and allow us all the freedoms that we enjoy.”
Apparently, they had such a life changing experience that the couple plans to go back and have Montag perform her single to 60,000 of them. In addition, the couple brought home a dog to commemorate the day and named it after one of the marines they met.
