Vanessa Hudgens approves Ashley Tisdale’s spinoff

Vanessa Hudgens has moved on from her role in “High School Musical,” which basically launched her into success and enabled her to meet her now boyfriend Zac Efron. Recently, the two of them have gone on to play more serious roles in the entertainment industry. Efron has tackled “Me and Orson Welles” as well as his own star role in the chick flick “17 Again.” Hudgens is going to be in the upcoming “Beastly” film, taking on a modern day “Beauty and the Beast” tale. But Hudgen’s best friend Ashley Tisdale has announced that she will be starring in a “High School Musical” spin-off entitled “Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventures.”

Hudgens told MTV that she not only approves of her new role, but would consider making a cameo in it if asked. She states, “I’m stoked for her and it’s going to be awesome. Kids love Sharpay and I did love Sharpay too, her costumes and her clothes and everything. It’s so much fun, so I’m really glad she’s doing it.”

Do you want to see the two of them reunite again?

i can’t imagine ashley being in a serious movie, so it’s just as well she is milking her cheesy role instead

i think it’s cute that ashley is the only person who hasn’t moved on from the hsm series. She’s obviously confident about what she does and from what the article says it sounds like she doesn’t let what other people think about her films stop her from doing what she loves.
