Justin Bieber goes home empty handed at Juno Awards

Justin Bieber has become pop’s latest tween sensation, causing girls all over the world to fall for this heartthrob. Not only has he had seven songs from his debut album on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, but he has reached the top thirty charts in over ten countries. This 15-year old superstar was discovered on Youtube by his manager Scooter Braun, who introduced him to Usher and later was signed. Just like that he became the newest hot thing since sliced bread. Unfortunately for him and his fans, his charming looks, and smooth voice didn’t garner him any awards at the 2010 Juno Awards in Canada.

Examiner reports that Bieber was nominated for “Album of the Year,” “Pop Album of the Year,” and “New Artist of the Year,” but he failed to take home the award in any of the categories. He did a live performance during the show with rapper Drake who ended up stealing the award from Bieber for “New Artist of the Year.”

Overall it looks like Bieber had a good time on stage.
