Crystal Bowersox says “no beef” with Ryan Seacrest

Crystal Bowersox is one of our top favorite “American Idol” contestants alongside Lee DeWyze. Not only do the two of them have unique voices and styles, but they continue to perform exceptionally well week after week. Simon Cowell said that DeWyze’s performance last night was “the best of the night,” and we couldn’t agree more. Last week we posted that Crystal Bowersox almost quit after a meltdown occurred in the parking lot. Luckily Ryan Seacrest was there to talk her back to the show, which only prompted Bowersox to claim that he betrayed her.

Now People has reported that during last night’s “American Idol” she stated that there is “no beef with me and Ryan. We were never angry with each other. We had a conversation. He gave me good advice and I highly respect him.”

It looks like she’s trying to put the situation out of the way as to not hurt her chances of winning. Wise move!

    I would like to direct this to Crystal Bowersox if possible.

    I’m in my 68th year and write a little poetry and have an ear for music. I sang in the choir as a small boy until my voice changed. Crystal your instrument is absolutely stellar. Unlike most every other vocalist you are able to go into darkness and bring a sort of ultimate beauty to the listener. Follow your heart. You have an very individual genius that will grow with your sphere of sensitivity and consciousness. You songs either inspire me, wet my eyes or both.
    I leave you with the words of John Keats. “We take but three steps from feather to iron.”
