Heather Locklear cited for hit and run

Heather Locklear can’t seem to stay out of trouble on the road. The “Melrose Place” actress was reportedly arrested for a hit-and-run incident over the weekend. Locklear’s black BMW allegedly struck a traffic sign near her California home early Saturday morning.

Law enforcement found a knocked over “no parking” sign in Westlake Village, CA, according to TMZ. When deputies arrived at Lockear’s nearby home, they found that the damage to her BMW was consistent with the crash and arrested her for a hit-and-run. Locklear was not taken into custody because the charge is considered a misdemeanor.

Locklear ran into trouble with the law back in 2008, when she was arrested in Santa Barbara for allegedly driving under the influence of prescription medication.
