Tim Urban sent home from “American Idol”

My Timmy was sent packing last night and I’m not happy about it.

Still, Tim Urban can be mighty proud that he placed seventh on American Idol – especially since he was a last-minute replacement in the top 24.

The 20-year-old Texan made the most of his opportunity and peaked in recent weeks with the Beatles‘ All My Loving and Elvis Presley’s Can’t Help Falling in Love. But this week’s Better Days by the Goo Goo Dolls was panned by those grumpy judges.
