Bret Michaels may be ready to rock by May
Nothing can keep a rocker down.
Not even a brain aneurysm.
It’s been one week since Poison lead singer Bret Michaels was rushed to the ICU following a brain breed. He may still be hospitalized in an undisclosed Arizona location, but he reportedly expects to be ready to return to the stage by May.
Michaels may be ready to hit the stage as early as May 26 for his “Roses & Thorns” tour, according to a source communicating with TMZ.
Michaels, who was on this season’s “Celebrity Apprentice,” is reportedly conscious and talking in the hospital. “If a patient survives the initial rupture, the first 7 to 10 days after are the most critical as an additional rupture or other complications may arise,” says a statement on his website.
More concrete information will be provided at a doctor’s press conference on Tuesday, as announced on Michaels’ website.
