Charlie Sheen’s Prenup surfaces, inside the finances

Yesterday, there had been rumors that Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller had reached a secret financial deal and they were going to wait until Sheen’s court case in Colorado finished to announce the news. But then Charlie Sheen’s rep released a quick statement saying that despite rumors, there is no divorce.

Now Gawker has gotten their hands on a copy of the couple’s prenup which shows the breakdown of the finances.

They report that Brooke will receive $500,000 “within 180 days from the date of solemnization of the parties’ marriage,” and that she does not receive any of Charlie’s assets. In addition she will be provided with an annual allowance, an anniversary payment of $300,000 “payable within 30 days of the anniversary of the marriage” for the first 10 years, an appreciating share in their Beverly Hills home, a $100,000 relocation fee, and a car.

They report that if you total everything up she could walk away with $3,566,000….not too shabby.
