Justin Bieber throws first pitch at White Sox game
Justin Bieber is in every teenage girl’s home. His catchy songs have swarmed the radio airwaves with beats and he has undoubtedly the most dedicated fans around. Hundreds line up just to catch a glimpse of him as he walks through the airport. The 16-year-old kid has been traveling the world giving concerts to thousands of fans while promoting his latest “My World 2.0” album on shows like Oprah. Yesterday he hit Chicago and arrived at the White Sox game not just to watch, but to throw out the first pitch.
The Chicago Tribune reports that player Gordon Beckham is a fan of Bieber and stated, “Bieber is going to be here? Yes!” Bieber was wearing a #10 jersey and a White Sox hat as he threw out the first pitch to pitcher Mark Buehrle. The pitch wasn’t exactly an ace, but it wasn’t bad for the teenager.
Later that night he tweeted “Awsome time at the whitesox game, caught a foul ball and gave it to a fan..” followed by “I need to work on my curveball. Hey Im Canadian we play hockey. Haha. I love Chicago.”
