“Lea Michele is the sweetest” sings “Glee” creator Ryan Murphy

Hollywoodnews.com: Lea Michele is no Angelina Jolie, no Lady Gaga, no Madonna. Translation: She’s no diva and so very down to earth.

“Glee” creator Ryan Murphy is letting the media know that his Michele, 23, doesn’t cause ripples on the set.

“[The rumors are] not accurate and not true at all,” Murphy tells PEOPLE “Lea is the sweetest, most professional girl. She’s incredibly kind and she’s always on time and she’s always with her cast hanging out. They’re all close.”

And as far as the gossip, Murphy tells Michele to nip and tuck them away.

“I told Lea this would happen to her in July of last year. Just wait, people will start to write untruths,” says Murphy. “I told her, ‘Keep your chin up and it just happens. It’s happened to me and it’s happened to everyone. So don’t pay attention to it.’ But it’s definitely not true. Lea is great.”

Some wild news to hit the internet recently linked Michele to her 31-year old co-star Matthew Morrison who plays her “Glee” instructor Mr. Shuester on the show. Morrison deep-sixed the rumors in an interview with Parade:

“There’s the one about Lea [Michele] and myself, and we were literally on set and I got a call from my publicist, and she got a call a minute later and we looked at each other like, ‘What the f–?’ It’s so laughable. And now there’s this one about my ex-fiancee going to the tabloids, which so isn’t true. I have a great relationship with her. I feel like I can handle this stuff because I don’t really care. I’ve never gotten into tabloids and I don’t really care about it now, but I just feel bad for other people in my life who are getting dragged into it. It just kinda sucks.”

People are going to hate on famous people.

She is the face of glee, the lead and a woman. There is still a double standard in entertainment. A strong, driven woman is a bitch or if you sing a diva, no matter how nice or neutral or whatever she is in truth. What is important is what family and friends think.

The whole thing with the photographer at the Times 100 thing was so exaggerated that she apologized and the photographer said they was no reason to apologize that the knew she was just playing. That doesn’t get reported though.

The gossip rages are loking for a trainwreck like Brittany or Lindsey. Lea is to talented to focus to fall for that.

    Go find someone else.

Tabloids & Angelina haters are the only ones who tag her as a “diva.” Without exception, anyone who works with her in her profession as an actress, or as UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador, or encounter her casually in restaurants, shops, ice cream stores, etc. talk about how nice & down to earth she is.
