Justin Bieber got a tattoo. No, really, seriously.
Hollywoodnews.com: There are various rites of manhood.
Some fathers like to take their sons for a spin at the brothel. Other fathers share a beer with them, while a whole other subset take their male spawn to the shooting range.
Jeremy Bieber, father of Justin, took his pop singer son to get a tattoo when he clocked 16 back in March, outside the U.S. of course. Recent photos surfaced on the internet of Bieber receiving a tattoo according to MTV news – and it’s on his hip (of all the crazy sensitive places to get one. Oi vey)
All of this makes Hollywood News wonder whether Bieber flexes his tattoo as part of his mating call to the ladies, i.e. Kendall Kardashian.
MTV got down and dirty and literally got Brian Byrne, co-owner of Son of a Gun Tattoo and Barbershop in Toronto where Bieber was bronzed, on the phone to get the 411. And no, Bieber didn’t cry like a sissy girl. A glimpse of their conversation below:
“It was back in March, March 4th or 5th” Byrne said. “The guy who tattooed him, Charlie, is a lifelong friend of Jeremy’s, Justin’s dad — they’re all from Stratford. When it came up, he called Charlie and asked if he could do it and keep it quiet. We made sure the shop was empty and there was nobody around.”
“It was a 16th birthday tattoo,” Byrne said. “I guess his dad has it, and one of his uncles. It’s the outline of the seagull from Jonathan Livingston Seagull.”
“He laid there and sucked it up, his dad took a bunch of pictures and video and everybody talked to him. He’s a very nice kid.”
