Jonathan Rhys Meyers returning to rehab
Hollywoodnews.com: Jonathan Rhys Meyers’ battle with addiction continues, as the star of “The Tudors” and Woody Allen’s “Match Point” has agreed to return to rehab.
People Magazine heard from a source that Meyers, 32, “just really wants to get better.”
It’s not the actor’s first stint. He entered rehab in 2007, but high-profile slip ups continued. Arrests in Dublin and Paris for drunken incidents kept Meyers in the headlines. Most recently, he was stopped from boarding a plane at JFK airport in New York because he reportedly was too drunk.
Meyers most recently starred in “From Paris With Love” with John Travolta. According to IMDB.com, he has two films in pre-production: “At Swim-Two-Birds” with Colin Farrell and Cillian Murphy; and Albert Nobbs with Amanda Seyfried and Orlando Bloom.
