Megan Fox claims it was her decision to leave “Transformers 3”

HollywoodNews.com: Earlier today we reported that Megan Fox was cut from “Transformers 3” and that the producers are planning on writing a new love interest for Shia LaBeouf’s character Sam Witwicky. The report from Deadline.com stated that director Michael Bay was the one who decided to cut the actress from the role that will most definitely hurt her career’s future.

However, now her reps are coming forward stating that “It was her decision not to return” and that “she wishes the francise the best,” according to People. While we’re not quite sure which story to believe, we are looking forward to seeing the third installment which is set to hit theaters in July 2011.
