Fans in Seoul and Sydney to welcome Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner

By Kim Palacios

HollywoodNews.com: Fans in Korea and Australia were excited to hear today’s announcements: Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will be visiting soon.

The pair will be in Sydney for a fan event on May 31st—a Q&A event in Luna Park, a free-admission fun park whose main attractions normally include rides and games. Though this is the only widely publicized event that is open to the public, we can assume the pair will also take time to take private meetings with key media outlets to help promote the film, which opens in Australia just one day after the U.S. debut, on July 1st.

By June 2nd, Stewart and Lautner will be in Korea, where local distributor Pan Cinema has announced the stars’ participation in several June 3rd events. Already mentioned are a press conference, what was simply referred to as “a red carpet appearance”, and a fan meet and greet at a special meeting.

Though Rob’s absence will be conspicuous (particularly given his participation in promotional tours to the region for “New Moon”), his whereabouts are well-known. While Kristen and Taylor are touring for “Eclipse”, Rob will be in the Los Angeles area shooting “Water for Elephants”.
