Tim Robbins, Meg Ryan are palling around

Hollywoodnews.com: Tim Robbins, who broke up with longtime partner Susan Sarandon at the onset of the year, has been hanging out with actress Meg Ryan – a lot.

However, according to Ryan’s rep, “Meg and Tim have been great friends for many years and remain so.”

Page Six has been spotting them around Los Angeles, at the Actors Gang nonprofit theater where Robbins served as a member early on in his career.

Rumors surfaced that Ryan and Robbins had a long-term affair during his relationship with Sarandon. Both actors have denied the scuttle bucket.

Ryan and Robbins appeared in two films together, 1986’s “Top Gun” and the 1994 romantic comedy “I.Q.” with Walter Matthau playing Albert Einstein.
