Lady Gaga: This one goes out to my ailing grandfather

Hollywoodnews.com: She might freak some people out, she might be too salacious, but make no mistake, Lady Gaga is a family girl.

Quite often she has made a point to shout out to her relatives, whenever they are ill.

On Thursday night, Lady Gaga broke down crying as she dedicated “Speechless” to her ailing grandfather at a Nottingham, U.K. playdate for her Monster Ball concert.

Take a look here.

“I don’t usually talk about myself, but my grandpa is sick. And I’m really close with my grandpa. And he’s sick and he’s in the states and my dad is with him. So I was crying all day; really sad,” said the revolutionary pop singer.

“So my dad says, ‘Do me a favor tonight. Instead of dedicating ‘Speechless’ to me, dedicate it to my father,'” said Gaga.

“If we all sing along loud enough, maybe he can hear us.” The U.K. Sun originally posted the story.
