Is Lindsay Lohan going to jail? Warrant issued
HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan’s SCRAM bracelet was removed right after her appearance at the MTV Movie Awards. Since then the SCRAM execs delivered a report with their findings to the judge before her hearing today.
Unfortunately, the judge has ruled that Lindsay had five violations over all, according to Radar Online. Therefore, a bench warrant has been issued and her new bail has been set at $200,000. If Lindsay decides to post bail then she will not be arrested.
