‘Glee’s’ Will/Emma kiss in finale was unscripted

HollywoodNews.com: Last night’s Glee episode has been getting mostly rave reviews with the season sadly coming to a close. The finale featured tears, disappointment, the birth of a new baby, but also love as well.

One of the great scenes of the night was when Matthew Morrison’s character, Will kissed Emma (Jayma Mays), in a moment that we just can’t get enough of. To make it even better, apparently the kiss wasn’t scripted. E! Online reports that they spoke with Brad Falchuk, director of last night’s episode and he said, “I didn’t tell Jayma it was coming. We shot all of Matt’s coverage first, and a master, and then when we got to her coverage, I pulled him aside and told him to kiss her. Her reaction is totally real.”

Brilliant directing. If only they released a behind-the-scenes episode sharing all their secrets with us.
