Larry King’s wife’s overdose may have been a suicide attempt

HollywoodNews.com: Yesterday we reported that Larry King’s wife, Shawn Southwick, was is in good shape and enjoying life after an apparent drug overdose on May 28. However, it looks as if her apparent overdose may have been a suicide attempt.

According to TMZ, the police have indicated that they found a handwritten note where King wrote that she OD’d on purpose and indicated that she wanted to be buried in Provo, Utah where the overdose took place.

They also report that they have gotten their hands on the report, which lists a total of 8 prescription bottles that were found at her home. Among the prescriptions were Compro, Prometrium, Clonazepam, Ambien, Klonopin, Subutex, Cymbalta and Lyrica. Apparently the bottles of Ambien, Klonopin, and Clonazepam were found empty at the scene, which had only been filled 10 days prior to the overdose.
