Audrina Patridge gives breakup advice in new book On tonight’s episode of MTV’s “The Hills,” viewers will see that breaking up is in fact hard to do no matter who initiates it. Even though Audrina Patridge chose to sever ties with ex-beau Ryan Cabrera, episode 8 of the show’s last season will feature her shedding tears at a concert where the teen heartthrob headlined last spring, and that Patridge was reportedly forced to attend by MTV’s producer’s. That was a few months ago. Now she’s apparently moved on.

In a new book, “The Frisky 30-Day Breakup Guide” (on shelves in early July), Audrina gives insight into how she recovered from the breakup:

“Surround yourself with loved ones and give yourself a few things to look forward to,” Audrina advises. “It’s important to have fun things planned when you’re going through a breakup, because it’s pretty easy to wallow in your sorrow and feed your depression.”

Audrina also suggests that ladies “take a quick getaway…to nourish [their] soul[s].” And as much as she frequents Cabo, she’s clearly following her own advice.
