‘True Blood’s’ season three opener feasts off 6.4 million
Hollywoodnews.com: HBO’s “True Blood” sank its fangs into 6.4 million viewers in its season three premiere Sunday.
That figure includes the 5.1 million eyeballs who tuned in during the show’s initial run plus the 1.3 million from its re-run at 11 p.m.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the ratings for the episode’s first run are up 38% from its season two opener and 19% from the season two average.
In terms of its ratings trend, “True Blood” has historically shown an uptick in viewers with each episode.
