“Eclipse” Red Carpet events to be streamed live on MySpace

By Kim Palacios

hollywoodnews.com: Couldn’t score a ticket to the “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” Red Carpet Premiere? MySpace will be streaming the event live on the official Twilight MySpace Page at 5:30PM PST on June 24th. And, fans can do more than just watch. The page will feature the ability for viewers to post questions and comments, some of which will be presented to the biggest Twilighters as they make their way down the red carpet.

The June 24th event will be part of the Los Angeles Film Festival, which will show “Eclipse” at the Nokia Theater in what it’s calling a “Bonus Screening”. Those who were able to secure one of the small handful of tickets that were up for public sale paid between $600 and $1000 for the most inclusive level of passes.

So, what can home viewers expect? A bird’s eye view of the night’s fashions and commentary straight from the Twilight glitterati’s mouths. What better way to get excited about “Eclipse?”
