The 43-page document which the New York Daily News read on TMZ states, “”Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola.”

Other points include:

–Sheen and Mueller will share custody of 15-month-old twins, Bob and Max. Mueller will receive $55,000 a month in child support.

–The Sheens have agreed not to insult each other in front of their children, if they do part ways.

–Mueller will receive 50% of the monies earned from baby photos the couple sold to Getty Images and a lump sum payment of $757,689.70.

–Mueller is forbidden to speak about Sheen’s sexual and drug abuse history with the media. Sheen is to never speak with the press about Mueller’s drug use.

–Sheen would get the couple’s home, but would have to buy out Mueller’s share for $1 million.

To date, there is no word as to when Sheen and Mueller will file these divorce papers.
