Perez Hilton unapologetic over Miley Cyrus photo on ‘Joy Behar Show’ Attention all underage starlets. Hide your upskirt photos! Because if Perez Hilton had another chance, he’d post them again.

“If the photo agency that took that photo let me [post it], I would. It’s not showing anything inappropriate,” said Hilton over Miley Cyrus’ flashy photo.

Speaking on Headline News’ “The Joy Behar Show,” Hilton pompously defended himself over the Cyrus image he posted to his Twitter account:

“I did not pixelate anything, I did not photoshop anything,” said Hilton, “I can’t help it, Joy, if America has a very dirty imagination.”

Entertainment Weekly was watching and found Hilton unapologetic as he blasted child pornography charges: “I think it’s insulting to children to accuse that of child pornography.”

Hilton believes that the whole scandal is overblown considering that a majority of those on planet Earth never even saw the photo. In defending himself, Hilton threw mud on Cyrus saying that she should know how to conduct herself, especially when the paparazzi around. Her disregard for her dress while exiting a car is just another example of her recent scandalous behavior which includes, per Hilton “grinding up on her 40-something year old director, pole dancing, all the over sexualized things she’s been doing.”
