Chris Klein charged with 2 misdemeanor counts of DUI
HollywoodNews.com: Chris Klein has entered rehab after his second alcohol related arrest and now he is finally facing his consequences.
The L.A. City Attorney has just charged him with 2 misdemeanor counts of DUI, reports TMZ. Apparently, his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit, registering at .22 and .24 the morning after he was arrested.
They also report that “if convicted, Klein faces a mandatory minimum of 96 hours in county jail — but could be sentenced to serve up to one year behind bars. He could also be ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus some serious penalties.”
Rehab is looking better and better these days.
