Do You Care What Kelly Bensimon Ate Today?

HollywoodNews.com: Maybe not, but she’s hoping you do. The model-turned-reality-star took to YouTube this week to share the secret diet that helps keep her in bikini-mode all year long.

Unfortunately, it’s not much of a secret. Essentially, Kelly’s diet consists of six days of ultra dieting (i.e. tofu, veggies, soy milk, Vitamin Water, etc.) and one day of binging on Coronas, chicken wings and muffins.

Cut out the first six days, and I might be willing to get on board with this Bensimon Diet Plan. Any thoughts?
