Lindsay Lohan to be tested for drugs and alcohol until August 2011
HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan’s sentence for her DUI just keeps getting worse. She has already been given 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in an inpatient rehab facility, and now she has to stay clean and sober for a year.
Jude Marsha Revel’s order specifies that Lindsay will be randomly tested for drugs and alcohol until August 2011 when her probation is over, according to People. Criminal defense attorney Harland Braun told them, “Lindsay got the typical sentence for anyone who has a serious problem with drugs and alcohol. Lohan repeatedly tested the patience of the judge, who saw through all her excuses. That’s what addicts do: Tell lies.”
It is still unclear whether she’ll be required to put back on the SCRAM bracelet when she is released from jail.
