Lindsay Lohan plans to appeal her jail sentence

TMZ recently reports that the actress is appealing Judge Marsha Revel’s 90-day jail sentence.
Sources close to the actress overheard her in her apartment last night.
TMZ believes that Lohan’s chances are slim in proving that Judge Revel abused her discretion in charging the actress.
Lohan doesn’t have a lot of evidence in her court given her lackluster performance during probation. Lohan’s new m.o. may be the reason why her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley recently quit.
Lohan’s new lawyer, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, is already in talks with the Sheriff’s Department.
