Lindsay Lohan wants $1 million for interview, handbag line timed to her release
HollywoodNews.com: Any journalist wanting to land a post-prison interview with Lindsay Lohan – it’s gonna cost you.
Lohan is reportedly offering her first interview to the tune of $1 million.
“Financially, it’s the best thing that could have ever happened to Lindsay,” a magazine insider tells Popeater.com, “She will earn more money from her post-prison interview than she ever earned acting.”
More accurately, it’s more than Lohan has made for her recent roles, i.e. “Machete.”
In her heyday, Lohan earned $7.5 million for headlining in the 2006 Fox film “Just My Luck” which had bad luck at the domestic B.O. earning over $17 million.
In the mean time, The New York Daily News reports that Lohan is expected to serve only 23 days, which is perfect timing because that’s when her 6126 handbag collection will be launched. The line is poised to generate $5 million in annual sales.
Supposedly, Lohan will pose nude for the ad campaign.
