Angelina Jolie defends her daughter’s tomboy style

HollywoodNews.com: Children should be able to dress the way they want – even if they’re four years old.

This philosophy comes straight from “Salt” actress Angelina Jolie, whose daughter Shiloh has been picked on by the media for her own tomboy style.

“I think she [Shiloh] is fascinating, the choices she is making. And I would never be the kind of parent to force somebody to be something they are not. I think that is just bad parenting,” says Jolie in an interview that US Magazine was reading.

Jolie has apparently labeled Shiloh’s fashion as “Montenegro” – a clothing trend many stylists exclaim doesn’t exist.

“Children should be allowed to express themselves in whatever way they wish without anybody judging them because it is an important part of their growth,” adds Jolie.

“Society always has something to learn when it comes to the way we judge each other, label each other. We have far to go.”
