Judge tells Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer: You can’t quit

HollywoodNews.com: Forget about “The Parent Trap.” It’s more like the Lindsay Lohan ‘Lawyer Trap.’

News arrives that Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley cannot quit.

This order comes directly from Judge Marsha Revel.

Page Six learns from a source that “The judge told Holley she can’t quit and leave Lindsay without representation. She has to stay on the case until Lindsay has a substitution of attorney filed with the court.”

Holley resigned because Lohan never took her advice. The attorney has been trying to schedule Lohan for a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation; but the actress refuses her calls.

Should Lohan wish to appeal her 90-day jail sentence, she needs to find a new lawyer or start complying with Holley.
