‘Gossip Girl’ Actress Taylor Momsen reveals hatred for Miley Cyrus and all things Disney

hollywoodnews.com: Gossip Girl actress Taylor Momsen has revealed she hates Miley Cyrus and all-things Disney. The 16-year-old, who like Miley also sings, has struck out in an expletive-laden rant at critics who try to compare her to the Hannah Montana star in an interview with FHM UK.

The Pretty Reckless front woman, who played Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas, said: “I’m not looking to be Miley f****** Cyrus. “I don’t care about the fame. I do it because I love music. I like making records and if people like them, then we’ll go along for the ride.”

Momsen started acting at the age of three and went head to head with Miley for the lead role in Disney’s Hannah Montana. She made it through to the final three but it was ultimately Cyrus that got the gig that made her a household name. Momsen hit back at Disney saying: “I think the Disney bubblegum s*** that the world is living right now is pathetic. I thought we passed that repression.”
