Jesse James says the custody battle is affecting his daughter
HollywoodNews.com: Jesse James is deep in a heated custody battle with his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, and now it’s taking a toll on the rest of his family.
In his latest court appearance, he told the judge that his daughter Sunny now “acts out, she’s more agitated, and she has sleeping problems” ever since Lindemulder was released from her halfway house, reports People. He adds, “The more contact she has with her mom, the more fear she has to sleep in her own room.”
The current trial will decided whether Jesse will be able to take Sunny with him to Austin.
