Justin Bieber climbs, Miley Cyrus falls on Billboard chart

HollywoodNews.com: Billboard’s album chart covering the top 200 albums shows that Justin Bieber is on his way to taking out Miley Cyrus.

Entertainment Weekly reports that Miley Cyrus’ Cant’ Be Tamed has fallen back six spots to No. 9, while Bieber’s My World 2.0 has jumped up to No.6 from No.8 by selling 41,000 copies as opposed to Cyrus’ 32,000 copies.

However, neither teen star has been able to take over the lead from Eminem who is at No. 1 for the second week in a row. With Eminem selling 313,000 copies, Cyrus and Bieber have a long way to go to match him.

Can’t Be Tamed is aimed at only a portion of Miley’s fan base because of Miley’s age. It also has no tour (or movie) support. Still, it should help Miley crack the 20 million total albums sold worldwide mark before it’s done. Go Miley!
