Cheryl Cole has left the clinic and is now at home
HollywoodNews.com: Pop star Cheryl Cole has left the private London clinic where she was being treated for malaria and has headed home, according to UK reports.
The performer is said to have returned to her £6 million six-bedroom former marital home in Surrey to recuperate. “Cheryl’s at home now. She left the clinic early today,” a close friend told the Daily Mail.
The former Girls Aloud singer is believed to have contracted the tropical disease while holidaying in Tanzania with American dancer Derek Hough. Hough and Cole’s mother Joan reportedly stayed by the singer’s side during her ordeal.
The illness has forced the 27 year-old to cancel two V Festival appearances in August and has forced her to miss the boot camp section of the hit reality show X Factor.
