Robbie Williams reunites with boy band Take That

HollywoodNews.com: Robbie Williams has reunited with the boy band that launched his music career. After a 15 year break the hugely successful solo singer has returned to Take That.

In a statement the group said: “The rumours are true… Take That: the original line-up, have written and recorded a new album for release later this year.” And the band will follow this with a huge stadium tour next summer, it has been reported.

Williams walked away from the hit-making group in 1995 at the height of their fame, before going on to forge a successful solo career with such hits as Angels, Millennium and Let Me Entertain You.

“I get embarrassingly excited when the five of us are in a room. It feels like coming home,” Williams said. “Getting the five of us to be in a room together, although always a dream, never actually seemed like becoming a reality,” he added. “Now the reality of the five of us making a record together feels like a dream.”

The 36 year-old will initially return for one year, the Daily Mail reports.
