Jessica Biel says her trim body is the product of hard work
hollywoodnews.com: Jessica Biel has said her trim body is the product of hard work as she trains every day. The 28-year-old actress is starring opposite Liam Neeson and Bradley Cooper in new movie The A-Team and revealed that she works out two or three times a week with a personal trainer and exercises every day.
She said to Britain’s Glamour magazine: “I used to do a lot of ballet – it’s the most amazing workout. “Every day I do something, whether it’s in the gym, the pool or hiking with my three dogs.”
Biel, who dates singer Justin Timberlake, added that she will not eat bread, dairy, sugar or salt while working.
