‘Jersey Shore’ cast expected to accept new deal by end of the day

HollywoodNews.com: The “Jersey Shore” cast have refused to shoot additional footage for season “2.5″ of the series until their contracts are settled. However, it looks as if the cast are very close to signing a new deal.

Sources have told THR, that MTV is countering their $30,000 per episode request with a figure that is close to this number. They also report that the majority of the cast is expected to accept a deal by the end of the day.
